Too much salsa left over from a party, and out of chips? Use it as a basis for this refreshing green summer gazpacho. Add only green veggies: green peppers, cilantro, cucumbers (with skin but well scrubbed), green tomatillos (optional). Great topped with grilled shrimp, seasoned with lime juice and a dash of cayenne.
