Garrett's Deviled Ham Sandwich  

from Matt Scanlon of Garrett's Downtown Deli in Knoxville Tennessee, 
and host of "90 Miles With Chef Garrett" on East Tennessee PBS
 

 

Says Chef Scanlon: "Just mix up diced ham and Boursin cheese until it's nice and smooth. Add a little Dijon mustard, some Worcestershire sauce, and spread it from corner to corner onto toasted bread. Slip the sandwich back under the broiler until it starts to bubble."
