CRANBERRY SAUCE
Level 1
Cranberry Sauce Syrup
Cranberry Sauce Syrup
Serves 2-4
- a Marlene Samuels creation -
Cranberry sauce really is too good to spend every second keeping a cooked turkey company. So why not transform it into a colorful dessert syrup? Drizzled over vanilla-coconut ice cream, fruit sorbet, or poached fruit, Cranberry Sauce Syrup looks way fancier than it really is. For an “Adults Only” take, we even add a splash of Campari or Grenadine.
Cookware tip: A good silicone spatula will help you lap up those last drops of syrup from the pan.
Note: Recipe doubles and triples easily.
